There should be some sort of penalty/consequence for all member of Duke Faculty and the hysterical media who jumped on the bandwagon of guilty until proven innocent.

It is to be hoped that this might start a new trend of reason & fairness concerning sexual allegations. Especially if Nifong pays a hefty price for his part in this travesty.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t do anything about the unattractiveness of a party for a lacrosse team involving strippers.

No, but immorality in one area doesn’t justify false accusations in another. Whatever their sins, they didn’t deserve to be offered up a sacrifice for some disturbed woman’s or corrupt politicians personal gain.
